Thank you so much for visiting my website and checking out my pictures. If you are reading this blog entry it may be because you are interested in getting some photos done. Let's talk location...... I am able to come to your home or we can meet at a local outdoor area. There are so many more options taking pictures outside. I've done photo shoots at Centennial Park, a few in the client's backyard, at Victoria Park, on Main Street, etc.... The preferred times to do a photo shoot are early morning or just before sunset. Yes I can do indoor sessions. My home is available or I can go to your home in a room that has lots of natural light coming through a window. I have white & black backdrops. I also have kids props, white and pink furry rugs, white canopy, all kinds of kids toys, blankets, sunflowers, rubby duckies, etc... whatever pose you had in mind, I am sure I can accommodate :-)
My style is very casual and relaxed. I always work with beautiful natural light. If you take a look at the sample photos on this website you will get a sense of my style. I am totally open to providing you with a specific picture or pose. I can do any type of photo session. I've done family photos, couple photos, animal photos, kids photos, pregnancy photos and so many more.
The photo session is typically 1 hour. More time can be taken if needed. What you wear is totally up to you. I recommend that you stick with solid colors in your clothing. Try to avoid busypatterns. If there is more than one person in the photos, then try to color coordinate. If you need help with this, please just give me a call to discuss. Or even better, take a look at the sample pictures on this website and check out what my clients are wearing! Might give you some ideas :-)
After the photo session, I will then schedule another appointment with you so that you can view your pictures. This is typically done at my home and plan to be here for an hour. I will show you all your pictures on the computer. We will then decide which pictures you want to include in your package. The viewing can done at another location if required.
I will then get your pictures printed and deliver them to you (or you can pick them up). Whatever works better for you. If you are purchasing all your pictures on CD then I will deliver the CD at that time as well. If there is anything special you require, just ask.
So the photosession is easy as 1,2,3!

#2 is the picture viewing
#3 is the delivery of pictures
Then you get to enjoy your pictures and look at them over and over again and share them with friends and family. You will come away with a wonderful experience and treasure images to help build your family's precious heritage. I would be honored to take pictures for you, give me a call when you are ready.
